You see your clients for an hour.
What happens between sessions?

AEInnerVerse brings overnight heart-rhythm measurements, morning check-ins and ACT practice records into one shared workspace—so you and your client have more to discuss than what can be recalled in the room.

US$150/month covers every invited client. Australian GST included where applicable.

CLINICIAN LICENCE

One licence. Every invited client.

US$150 a month covers all the clients you invite. No per-client fees.

Inside the workspace

Invite your clients

Create a share link for each client. They sign in with the invited email and consent before anything is shared.

Overnight measurements

Import your client’s overnight heart-rhythm data. Each night is read against their personal range. Pairing a monitor does not bring in overnight records automatically.

Live readings

Take a reading in the moment with a compatible Bluetooth monitor, alone or together in session. Live readings are separate from overnight analysis.

ACT practice

Assign an ACT exercise. Your client records daily practice completion, and later readings sit beside that record for review.

Personal ranges

See overnight measurements alongside an individual range that develops during calibration.

The gap we don't talk about

The week between sessions.

We are trained to trust our clinical judgement. But self-report has limits—and the week between appointments is hard to see.

This is not a failure of care. A client tells you what they can. Some changes are difficult to put into words, and they may not come up until you are back in the room.

A session is a snapshot. What happens between sessions matters too.

What AEInnerVerse does

A starting point for the next conversation.

01

Measure

Import overnight heart-rate variability (HRV) readings from your client’s compatible monitor. Pairing a monitor does not import overnight records.

02

Summarise

See a plain view of readings and how they move in relation to your client’s own range—not a stream of raw numbers.

03

Discuss

Bring the pattern into session as a starting point: “Something shifted on Thursday. What was happening?”

04

Decide

The measurement does not decide what it means. Interpretation and decisions stay with you and your client.

Live readings are separate. Take a reading in the moment with a compatible Bluetooth monitor. A paired monitor does not supply the imported overnight records.

ACT practice closes the loop. You assign an exercise. Your client records daily completion. Later measurements sit alongside check-ins and practice for review. This works without research participation.

Who it's for

Built for how you already work.

For psychologists, counsellors, mental health nurses and trauma therapists who want a clearer view of the week between sessions.

Talk therapists

Bring a view of the week between appointments into the room, alongside what your client tells you.

Somatic and trauma therapists

Connect what you notice together in session with the client’s own readings and check-ins.

Mental health nurses

Add a record of overnight heart-rate variability to the conversation when a client says they are coping.

A practical companion

Use it alongside the K10 and DASS-21, not in place of them. Your clinical judgement stays central.

What it is not

Measurement, offered to your judgement.

Measurements sit alongside client-reported check-ins and practice records. You and your client decide what the information means and what to do next.

AEInnerVerse gives you measurements to consider with your client. You decide what they mean and what, if anything, to do next.

Trust

Informed consent

Clients join only by your invitation, with informed consent.

Research / Register interest

Help build the evidence.

We are gathering the clinicians, researchers and organisations who want to help shape future research on nervous-system measurement.

Before any study begins, it will need ethics approval, a set protocol and the informed consent of every participant.

This registers interest in collaboration. It does not enrol anyone in a study, and no study is running yet.

Why I built this

Built by a nurse. For the room.

I was a nurse for twenty years, much of it in mental health. I burnt out so completely that I could not go back.

Looking back, my body told me long before I listened. Nobody was measuring it, least of all me. I see the same thing in every client who says they are fine.

AEInnerVerse is the tool I wanted in the room. I built it for colleagues, because we deserve better than guessing.

FAQ / Device guide

Questions clinicians ask.

Live readings need a monitor that sends Bluetooth RR intervals. Overnight measurements are imported separately, and pairing a monitor does not supply them. Device listings are based on published specifications, not physical AEInnerVerse testing, and firmware can vary.

Documented HRV devices (9)

Documented as able to send RR intervals over Bluetooth. No models have been physically verified with AEInnerVerse yet, and this is not an exhaustive certification of every device.

Documented HRV devices: models, compatibility notes and source documentation

Polar H10

ECG chest strap; a well-documented option for Bluetooth RR-interval readings.

Polar H7

Older Bluetooth chest strap listed for HRV use; check battery and strap condition.

Wahoo TRACKR HEART RATE

Wahoo explicitly documents transmission of all RR intervals over Bluetooth.

4iiii Viiiiva

Bluetooth chest strap listed for HRV use. Connect directly over Bluetooth, not through ANT+.

Movesense HR2

Manufacturer documents RR intervals and the standard Bluetooth heart-rate profile. Custom firmware must retain that profile.

Devices to check first (8)

Possible candidates. Confirm the exact model, firmware and output before relying on them. These models have not been physically verified with AEInnerVerse.

Garmin HRM-Pro Plus

Bluetooth is documented, but confirm live RR output through the standard heart-rate service for this model and firmware.

Garmin HRM 200

Manufacturer advertises live HRV to compatible apps. Check open Bluetooth mode and standard-service RR output before buying for AEInnerVerse.

Garmin HRM 600

Manufacturer advertises live HRV. Use an appropriate open connection and confirm standard-service RR output; secure-only pairing is not supported here.

Cardiosport TP3

Listed by Elite HRV. Check the exact Bluetooth version and standard-service RR output; older models may be hard to source.

Zephyr HxM Bluetooth 4.0

Listed by Elite HRV; the Bluetooth 2.0 version is not suitable. Confirm standard-service RR output.

Ambiotex smart shirt with cardio-monitor

Listed by Elite HRV. Confirm the exact sensor exposes standard Bluetooth RR intervals rather than requiring its own app.

Wahoo TICKR / TICKR X (including different generations)

Do not assume TRACKR documentation applies to TICKR. Verify the exact generation, firmware and RR output before relying on it.
